When To Take Prime Mango Pills?

Is it safe to take the following vitamin supplements at the same time?

• I have started taking a 5,000 mcg biotin vitamin supplement from nature's bounty (recommended to me by my hairdresser and approved by my doctor). I haven't had any side affects and I've been taking one per day for three weeks. One of my friends recently started taking Best Natural's African Mango with Green Tea, 500 Mg pills. She recommended them to me because they helped her feel more energized and shed some extra weight (they supposedly help to boost your metabolism). I did some of my own research and found that no one reported any ill effects (besides no affect- as in they didn't see a change in their weight/energy levels). My question is, is it OK to take the biotin supplements with the African Mango pills (they are supposed to be all natural, fruit extracts, etc.)? thanks!

  Natural doesn't mean safe. Nor does it mean that you should consume it. If you have money to throw out, then there shouldn't be an issue with taking the African Mango/Green Tea supplements. No, your metabolism isn't going to increase. No, you won't feel more energized unless we're talking about the placebo effect. No, you won't lose a single pound. African Mango supplements were popularized by Dr Oz when he endorsed it on his show. Turns out, he didn't endorse it for free. He was paid by WellTrim ig. He's just like any other celebrity (Kardashian for QuickTrim; Hudson for Weight Watchers) who sells false information for money. It's all just a scam. So to answer your question, yes, it's okay to take biotin and African Mango pills together. But I wouldn't advise it.
