Hi You could try medicinal herbs like Passion flower (Passiflora incarnata), Hops (Humulus lupulus), Kava kava (Piper methysticum) and Chamomile (Matricaria recutita). All those herbs are know for their calming effect on the nervous system and are proscribe by herbalists for anxiety, stress and insomnia. If you decide to try those herbs out be sure to read up all the benefits and potential side effects and follow the manufactures instructions on the use of the herb. All those herbs you can easily buy at you nearest health store or on line and they are not expensive. I hope this help

i have just finished a course in reflexology and while i was doing this i found that having someone working on my feet would relax and calm me. so maby get ur partner, a close friend or even your self to give u a foot massarge or go and have a proper reflexology treatment.

'The Herbalist' is right. Exactly what I was gonna say. Only difference is I would have added Valerian Root and the homeopathic Ignacia and Vitamin B complex (they even make a formula called 'stress complex', Bach's Rescue Remedy drops. Eat well, exercise, drink pure water. Good luck. .
