How to cure a sore throat and stuffy nose?

  • I've been sick with a sore throat and stuffy nose for about 4 days now. I have tried mostly everything, gargling with salt water, tea, tylenol cold and cough.. Nothing helps. I know you're supposed to get alot of sleep and i would love nothing more than to sleep but i cant sleep because of my nose and throat. I actually have to brace myself when i'm about to swallow. Please help.

    I just got over a really bad cold. I didn't have any money for medicine so I made some chamomile tea and put honey in it. It soothed my throat and stopped my cough. I also used some nasal spray that I got at dollar general a while ago. It worked really well. If I had the money I would have got some Vicks chloraseptic spray for my throat. It works really well for me.

Go to your drug store and buy some Tussin which should help your sore throat and stuffy nose.

hydrogen peroxide in each ear should help clear up that nose for you.
