Is it okay to go surfing with a cold?

I want to go surfing but I have a cold. But I surf with a wetsuit so would that make it okay? Or, will it make my cold even worst? Oh and just another little quick question about my cold. What if water goes up my nose? Will that make it worst or good? Thanks.

If you feel well enough to go surfing, then go - you catch a cold from viruses, not the temperature of the water, and if water goes up your nose... well hell, people buy saline nasal spray, so you'll get a free dose.
