What are the long term effects of useing percocet?

Dependence is the number one long term side effect of Percocet. Others would include a lessing of effectiveness resulting in either higher doses or a different pain med altogether. Any medication that is ingested can cause stomach irritation over a long time...which can also cause severe or chronic constipation or diarrhea.
