It depends on the headache. Apparently, if it's a normal headache, then the blood vessels in your brain are constricted and aspirin or any OTC painkiller would dialate those blood vessels. If it's a migrane, which I doubt because you would barely be able to type, then you have to take a pill specifically for migranes because a migrane is caused by blood vessels that are dialated so taking aspirin or ibuprofin would just exacerbate the problem. Take excedrine migrane. Meditation also does wonders for me when I get a migrane. Nothing really works "NOW" unless it's morphine or maybe some weed. But unless you're getting it legally, I don't advise using it.
