Where can I get my R.N. license?

How can I get my license number for my RN? there is no record of it anywhere?

  • my license is gone after my divorce--he has all papers--there is no record anywhere of my RN license. I have called my old school to no avail and NCLEX to see if they had it?? No one has any record of me-even my past employer said i never worked there?? What is going on here!!!! I need help and alot of it

    Go see an attorney immediately. It sounds as if you are a victim of identity theft. Your state medical board by all means DOES have a record of it, as they are required by law. Go see your attorney immediately.

Most states list all licensed professionals on their website. You just need to put in your name. Usually it is listed under the department of professional regulations. I know you can in Illinois anyway.
