How can I cure a hoarse voice?

Is there any cure for hoarse voice?

  • for boys having hoarse voice or girly voice is very embarrassing ? how can one have manly voice or atleast non hoarse voice? Any surgery or tablets or transplant or medicine available for this problem?

I was told to drink alot of water. Also, try drinking hot tea with honey this should help. Sunday my voice was hoarse, but after continuing drinking alot of water it came to its natural tone.
