What should I expect at an Olive Garden interview to be a hostess?

Finally got an interview at Olive Garden. What should I expect? Is it just one interview?

tips: 1. dress up nice and professional, closed toe shoes 2. have clean makeup (try to look like other hostesses) 3. smile, be perky and friendly 4. be a clear, effective communicator things you should know/rehearse you answers: 1. how would you handle an angry customer/conflict 2. how your previous experience relates to this job (be personable and friendly will be your main duties) 3. how you would deal with workplace theft/misconduct 4. why do you want to be a hostess as opposed to other positions other things: 1. make sure you have some good questions to ask the person interviewing you to show that you are interested (like how long is training, company culture, what can you expect, etc).

Dress your best but not more than the manager. Let the interviewer speak and asks, answer short or short as it is possible. always be energetic and attentive. good luck for the interview!
