Why should we hire you over the others waiting to be interviewed?

Answer:
It should be based on the experience and what the applicant brings to your company. Sometimes life experience outwieghs education, depending on the job. It depends on the job that you need done. If you need a nurse, then you hire an RN, if you need a contractor, then you hire a contractor with a license. If you need a waitress, hire a waitress with a great personality, if you need a chef.....hire one that can actually cook. You need to find the person that will "fit" into your environment, whether it's a receptionist (that will fit with your company) You would NOT want to hire me.........I would take over and run everything the right way (my way), haha. making sure the money was secure and justly earned.
