How do you open bus stop ads?

Why does this one lady always wait at the bus stop but never catch the bus?

• I see this one young woman sitting at the bus stop all the time and she never catches the bus! She just loiters there and hangs out by the steps and every time a bus comes, she always leaves! Why is that?! Should I say something to her about this and say: “UM THIS IS A BUS STOP! IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE HERE, THEN RIDE THE DAMN BUS!” But it’s like she’s stalking me and keeping a note of every time the bus comes and I never see her get on the bus. Why would that be? She always walks away when the bus comes and I never see her talk to anybody that rides the public bus. Also, I don’t see her wait for her friend to get on the bus either or help someone get on the bus. Why does she do this? It really starts to bother me because she wastes so much space at the stop and that should be only for people who are waiting for the bus!!!! NOT JUST LOITERING!

• Answer:

  She may be watching for someone to get off the bus, for some reasons of her own. Maybe she's looking for a person who owes her money. Maybe she needs to follow someone to find out their address. Who knows? Does this affect you personally? Is she taking up a seat that you'd like to occupy? If you don't know who she is, it's unlikely that she's watching you or stalking you.
