How can u tell if someone is jealous?

How can you tell if someone is jealous of another person?

• Can you tell they are jealous if they have a friend that looks better than them and have what they don't?

  As a Psychologist I would say that you could probably tell from their body language or the way the act. If they suddenly start to act "standoffish" or that they are "better then you"..then it could be sign they are jealous of you. Some people suffer from "negative attention seeking" which is almost the same thing as jealousy...they are so wrapped up in themself and so into seekng out negative attention that they sometimes don't even realize they are being rude or self centered. You don't need people like this surrounding your or in your circle of friends. I would suggest when you figure out someone acts like this you instantly delete them from your life...they will probably never change and you cannot change them no matter what you or do. They will bring nothing but drama to your life and will probably at one time hurt your feelings when they aren't worth the time. I wish you the best. Peace, Love & Happiness
