How to avoid using I in a cover letter?

How write this cover letter?

• I am not native speaker in English and I have some difficulties using English , Now I have to write a cover letter for a project that are very important for my future ,the project will be start in three months so I think that, I will be able to improve my English enough to pass the interview,but now I must write a cover letter , I write one but I think that it have very weak meaning and grammar mistakes. So please help me , it is realy very important for me ............... This is the cover letter that I writhe Dear organisator Reading your requirements, I realized that I largely correspond to those criterias. Until now I have not had such kind of work experience, but being very enthusiastic and industrious person , I am sure I will not have any problems during the work to do according quality and volume work ordering by you . Here are a few of my significant capabilities.  I freely possess English language and can easily us it in written and spoken speech .  Learning in two different universities and two different professions / excellent progressed / , I have enough experience to understand and use specific words and phrases from law , economics and business areas, so that it is not anymore difficult for me to work such kind of materials.  I have enough experience in the interpersonal relationships, I try to be publicly active as it possible and develop my leader abilities . Having many friends among the students, it will have not any difficulty in included in the new team , making new acquaintances and friends .  know and freely use the computer, including Windows, Word, Excel programs, microsoft Outlook and very good typing skills. I believe I have the qualifications and enthusiasm that you are looking for. I will spend the time and effort it take to succeed.   Dear ORGANISER Reading your requirements, I realized that I FULFILL THOSE CRITERIA. Until now I have not had ANY work experience, but being A very enthusiastic and industrious person, I am sure I will not have any problems COMPLETING ALL the work ASSIGNED TO ME TO A VERY HIGH STANDARD. Here are a few of my SKILLS.  I AM FLUENT IN BOTH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN English.  STUDYING AT two different universities and TOWARDS two different professions, I have enough experience to understand and use specific words and phrases from THE ARENAS OF law , economics and business, THUS it is not difficult for me to COMPLETE WORK PERTAINING TO ANY OF THESE FIELDS.  I have PLENTY OF experience RELATING TO OTHERS. I try to be AS publicly active as possible IN ORDER TO develop my leaderSHIP abilities .
