What time of the day do the english stop work for scone and tea breaks ?

Hi dont know of scone breaks but tea breaks are pretty frequent along with bacon sarnies, so when you arrive eat and be merry, enjoy your holiday all the best

11 am, they are called elevenses and the entire country comes to a standstill for 10 minutes whilst we enjoys scones with strawberry jam and clotted cream and a nice cup of Earl Grey.
