Would I be able to bring my wife to the united states if I am recieving disability benefits?

I am recieving disability benefits and I am wondering if i would be able to bring my vietnamese wife from vietnam over to the united states if I am on the disability benefits. I am working at mcdonalds and I am recieving the disability benefits too. Would I be able to bring her into the united states if i am on these disability benefits ???
