Where do you park in an apartment complex...?
-
when there is no parking lot and cars park along both sides of the road??? I thought it was common knowledge that we'd try to park in front of our own apartments and try to not park in front of others if at all possible. However, almost EVERY day there is a car parked in front of my apartment, and it makes it so that I have to park down the road a bit and walk to my apt. Not such a big deal in itself, but most of the times the road will be empty and there will be two cars parked in front of my apt.(one of which is an abandoned car that's been sitting there since oct). Once I had came home as someone was parking in front of my place and I saw the driver get out and walk across the street to another apt. She LITERALLY walked over the spot where she had more than enough room to park comfortably, thus doubling the distance of her walk if she were to park in front of the aprtment she was going into. Am I wrong for assuming that most people would park in front of their own apartments to avoid walking father away if necessary???

Answer:
Looks like the person that parked in front of your apartment and walked across the street is no where near as lazy as you. Welcome to apartment life toots. Save your sheckles and someday maybe you can afford a home. You said yourself the road is almost empty. Sounds like you're crying about walking an extra 30 feet. You must be like the idiots that drive around the lot at the supermarket for 15 minutes to find that "special" space only 20 feet closer. I'm guessing you could use the exercise.

I HATE that. Everyone at my apt. Owns at LEAST 3 cars so we have to park on the other side of the building in another apt. Spot. I still haven't figured out what to do Lol you could rent a garage but they're reletively expensive here (due to parking) lol

I always park my car along both sides of the road with car covers before, because there is no space for parking my car in front of my apartment. A few days ago, I looked for a new apartment that own a personal space in basement. So i still do not park my car in front of my apartment, just in basement.
