my friend from USA send me this visa gift card and i can't use it in here in the philippines, how to use this visa gift card in philippines and how to activate this visa gift card?

Call the 1-800 number on the back of the card and they should be able to help you. VISA is accepted worldwide and I am sure they can tell you where you can use it. Beware that these gift cards must be used within a certain time frame or they will either expire or a "fee" will be imposed on them that will be taken off the amount of the gift card. Good luck.
