What is the difference between Person A and B?

What is the difference? Person A does not want to talk to Person C. Person A just minds their business at work and does no drama with Person C. Carries on with their life. Person B does not want to talk to Person C but yells and screams with Person C. Person B tells other people Person C's business. What is the difference between Person A and B.
