Why do people go out?

Why do people make fun of me telling me to put on weight or go to mcdonalds?

• I'm 5'1" and 93lbs. When I eat a lot the most I'll go up to is 98lbs. Ok I eat a lot.. and I used to eat very unhealthy I'd only eat junk food and in large portions. Im turning 20 soon, and I've always been a small girl. Some people make fun of me and always tell ms to go to mcdonalds, which I find rude. I always wanted to be taller but I soon needed to accept I need to learn to love myself for who I am. I've always been this short, and i've been this small. There is nothing I can do! I spent years eating awful junk food and that did nothing! I'm always going to be this small.. I am eating healthier now because it's better for you. I go onto sites and ask people to help me out by telling me how much protein I should be eating per day since I eat a lot of eggs, veggies (mainly leafy ones) and fruits.. and people are mean and say "Go to mcdonalds! You're gross! You're anorexic!" I'm not anorexic.. I eat a lot and drink a lot of water. Ive always been very fit I grew up doing cross-country, track and field and sports that involve muscle building and I have maintained that figure. I do have "fat" on my bones. So why are people being rude? I just wanna know how much protein I should be getting for my height and weight...

  People are making such comments not to be rude, but to subliminally compliment your slim figure, most likely. The healthier you eat, the healthier you're going to be; devise your dietary agenda based on your desired nutritional health.
