What is an Olive Garden interview like?

I have an interview at olive garden tomorrow for a host position. what should I expect? what should I wear?

    You should wear something business-casual. Definitely no shorts/jeans. A high wasted skirt with a nice shirt tucked in and a belt, a casual dress, a nice shirt with black leggings or black pants. All of those are good options. They will probably ask you questions like: "Why do you think you would be a good candidate for this job? What are your best qualities? Why should we hire you? Why do you want to work here? What are your strengths/weaknesses?" General get to know you type questions. They are trying to evaluate whether or not you would be a good hire and beneficial to the business.
