How do I go about contacting a paralegal?

Please help! Advice needed..How do I go about contacting a potential landlord?

• Ok so I am a 21 yr old seriously looking at an apartment to rent that I found on craigslist. I like the price & the way it looks, etc. Anyway, I have NO idea how to go about contacting the landlord (they left their # on the site)... In other words, what do I say if I'm interested? Do I leave my name? Do I tell THEM if/when I want to check it out etc? Basically, so to speak what's the proper etiquette? I don't want to screw this up or make a fool of myself.. Any tips/advice is GREATLY appreciated. I'm pretty much on my own & none of my friends have rented yet. Thanks.

  Call and leave the landlord a message. Let him/her know that you are interested at looking at the place. Ask him/her to call you to set up an appointment to check it out. Things you might want to think about when you're looking at the place... how many electrical outlets are in each room phonejacks/cable hookups Find out what you are responsible for as far as maintenance. I have to do my own snow removal and lawn maintenance.
