How Do I dress To a Jazz Club?

What would be appropriate attire for a Memorial show at a club?

I'm attending a memorial show tonight of a Jazz singer and close friend who passed away last week. It is going to be at a local Jazz/Blues club/bar. I frequent this place quite often and it's the kind of place where you'd fit in wearing jeans and a t-shirt or a skirt and heels. I have a very pretty, turquoise bandage dress...like this one (only picture I could find of said dress) http://cn1.kaboodle.com/hi/img/c/0/0/5c/e/AAAADDf2NGEAAAAAAFzkLw.jpg It comes a few inches above my knees and has a very low neck...do you think it's appropriate? I wouldn't wear it to a funeral.....but this is a BAR.

Personally I'd wear something darker, longer, and more conservative, but I've never been to an event like you're describing.
