How do I show I don't care, even though I really do.?

• Ok so my friend just told me that my crush liked her (They dated and then they broke up) Now they want to be together. I was heart broken and she knows I am. Do you think she's being a nice friend, should we be friends? How do I show I don't care? This is how it all happend: Ever since 1st grade I loved this guy so much! He found out and he felt the same way. I was so happy, but we were gonna wait for next year, so all this drama passes. So my friend just told me that he likes her (They were tg, but then they broke up, now they are getting back tg) I was heart broken. And I just found out, and I'm so mad! He dated 6 girls, and I was stupid to fall for him. What do I do? How do I show I don't care?

  It's unfortunate that these two people who supposedly care about you and know how you feel are still selfish enough that they willing to do something knowing it will hurt you. Not the kind of people I'd call friends. You must have heard the phrase "Fake it til you make it." The way to act like you don't care is to do other things that don't involve either of them. And you don't do those things in their faces either. Join a different club, hang out with different people, etc. Do things you want to do, though, so you find enjoyment in them since you don't have enjoyment in either of these people. Keep in mind, that it's okay to be hurt and sad. These are feelings you will have again throughout your life. If you learn to deal with them now, it will be easier to deal with them when you need to again, because you'll know that you can. But pick who you share these feeling with wisely; don't make yourself vulnerable to people who don't have your best interest at heart.
