How can I make a second email address on yahoo.com?

Does this email address make me look bad?

  • I sent an important email to a government supervisor to file a complaint about the way i was treated by government employee. I signed my name at the bottom of the email. Unfortunately, I sent the email from my other email account, which is "[email protected]". Does this email address make me look bad? It has no rhythm or reason, I just picked it out of the air while trying to come up with second email address. But I worry that it might sound perverted. This is very important to me as the email I sent was important. (I sent a second email from my primary email account stating the first one was mistakenly sent from the wrong account). Thanks.
