Is it possible to work for free during vacation in France?

How do you find a party planner to work abroad for sweet 16 bash?

• Here's the deal. I'm an American living part time in France looking to have the perfect sweet 16. My bday is on 28th of December and when I go back for Christmas break all my american friends are on vacation. Only option would be to have a party in France before I leave. But it's quite difficult to do it there because I live in a dormitory. I'll need a party planner (preferably english speaking) to take care of everything: the place, the food, the drinks and everything!! How can I find someone in the US who will work in France? Are there agencies in France that do party planning? I don't want it to be TOO expensive!

  Sorry, hon... but without the $$$$$$$ it won't be very likely. Even if you find someone, you may have to pay for their transporation/accomodations in France. You MIGHT get lucky if you do a websearch for "france party planner" and see what pops up. There are organizations and associations of people who do party planning, and maybe if you contact one of these organizations (websearch again!), you might ask them if they know someone.
