How should I tell my job I can start full time?

• my last day at my other part time job was last friday. only problem is my p/t job that i will be taking on f/t doesn't know that yet. what should i tell them? i want to start right away and i feel like i messed up not telling them i can start f/t sooner :( we discussed salary 3 weeks ago and in our second conversation of negotiations she offered me something higher and i said i'd think about it (didn't want to mess up again). what do i do? can i email her tomorrow morning and tell her i can start full time? thanks for ur help
