What intersting facts are there about fossil fuels?

  • Besides their uses, how they form, their pros and cons. what can i still mention about fossil fuels? what other facts make them more interesting?

  • Answer:

I did a research project once on natural gas. I found eternal flames to be very interesting. An eternal flame is a flame that constantly burns; it is fed by a supply of natural gas (usually the supply is trapped between layers of shale). I visited an example of an eternal flame in Chestnut Ridge Regional Park in New York State. It is located underneath a waterfall...you should look up pictures of it. It's really neat and would add to your report! A good website is: www.pbase.com/calanan/eternal for pictures.
