What if the Earth was created with 75% land and 25% water?

What if the Earth was created with 75% land and 25% water? Not if it were to suddenly become 75% land, but if it were always like that? Obviously it be much colder, and drier, but what other changeswould happen. Especially with animals, plants, and the climate? Thanks. 1. What would the climate be like (assuming the continents were in their same place) 2. What would climate be like in various areas? 3. What animals would inhabit? 4. Asuming evoultion would be true could intelligent life evolve? If so how would they spread? MY OPINION -World much colder. -World much drier. -Most plant, animal life inhabits the coasts of our much much smaller seas, especially around the equator. -Large dry inland deserts with very little rain, few plant animal life. -If intelligent creatures were to exist I imagine them to have wings to help cross the vast deserts.

Answer:
I think , the only life would be near the lakes or oceans . There would be far less rainfall due to less water for evaporation. Climate would be much drier. No rainforest. Far less life would exist , if at all !

wow that's a very intriguing question! The population of land animals would probably increase drastically less marine life...With less water there would be less rain which means we would probably go extinct really quick...maybe 400 to 700 years, but since you said the land was already here we would probably be adapted to it

I'd say: -Tougher survival -Drier planet -Hotter planet -MANY More deserts -if the world was made in a way that water wasn't all bunched together and land was still spaced out, I'd imagine life could still exist and spread. -We probably wouldn't need plains or boats other than for quick travel and recreational use. -If all the water WAS bunched together, than I'd assume half of the world would not be populated whatsoever. Also, we wouldn't have this question. Considering all life learns to live at birth, we'd have adapted like we did on this planet.
