For the North Pole, not much, as this is floating ice, so it is only replacing the displaced water while frozen with liquid water. If the South Pole where to melt completely it would result in some rather large sea level rises as this is continental ice. Unfortunately for you though, the polar ice in the south pole is expanding rather rapidly, so I don't think that melting is a big concern right now.
