The crude oil exploration means the geological survey of potential oil reserves that has not been discovered yet. For example, there is active oil exploration in the North Sea, the Gulf of Mexico deep waters and of course the Canadian Oil sands. There are number of Oil companies around the world engaged in crude oil exploration, which is getting harder to find.
