How to help the earth?! HELP?

How can I prove the earth is a cube?? Please help!?

  • Obviously, I know the earth isnt a cube, but I wanna create some onvincing arguments saying it is. Just like everyone said it was flat. I wanna try and prove to people the earth is actually cube shaped. Please help me thing of arguements or statements or whatever To prove my point :)

    Well, the reason that we thought the Earth was flat was because we looked off to the horizon and just saw the flatness. So it was flat. Then we realized it couldn't be because we can travel around it. We also see it from space. So how is seeing it from space any different from seeing it when standing on the Earth. It's all in our perception. We perceived it as flat so it was flat. Now we perceive it as round, so it is round. But what if it is just an optical illusion. What if it just 'appears' to be round, just as it appeared to be flat. Maybe, it's real shape IS cubed. Maybe, along the edges of the cube, the space-time continuum is warped so that we don't notice the rapid 'bend' or 'drop' from one side to the other. The only reason things appear the way they are is because it is how we see them. We only see things because of the way light bounces off of it. What if, something with the Earth or it's atmosphere, makes it seem like round but it isn't? Like a mirror, it appears that there is an identical world on the other side because of how light hits it, but there really isn't. What if it's just about how the light is reflecting off the Earth. Maybe the composition of the atmosphere causes light to bend to give it it's round shape? It's a good thing you ask these questions. If it wasn't for questions like this then we would all still think the Earth was flat! (I know these can be proven wrong, but I think they're some pretty creative arguments! Good luck!)

tell them that our world is obviously 3 dimentional... so therefore the earth mush be a cube which is also a 3 dimentional shape, how else could we exist in 3 dimensions if the world was only round... Perhaps suggestiong the earth is not only the spinning ball we are on but the atmosphere around it and that atmosphere due to alterations in gravity pull in some areas of our earth cause the atmosphere to actually form a cube around us, hence our earth in its interety is a cube

it's impossible to see the curvature of the earth, therefor there is no curveature...?

well, you can take your argument to gay advocates, they'd start by calling anyone who disagrees with them bigots, then they'd say that images from space proving that the earth is round were "misinterpreted" and that the earth was really round and then they would say that they were being mistreated and "clobbered" by people who say the earth is round

As the ground you can see is demonstrably flat, as shown by the use of a spirit level, then you must be on a flat surface. As there are other people spread asquared the world ('around' wouldn't be appropriate), and they can also demonstrate its flatness with spirit levels... That wouldn't explain why it's a cube as such, rather than being some other multifaceted shape. Still, spirit levels in combination with plenty of acoholic spirits could get you somewhere towards your desired destination. Perhaps.

Well, and can proove that gravity holds the 8 coners of a cube inviable to the naked eye. By gravity and the 6 sides are held in the Sea and that coses heracains and sunomys when it gose over a coners gravity pulls the water and coses huge waves. with a lil study and hard work you could actully get some people to belive that the earth is a cube! Ok why?? But ok if u wanna convince people hat the earth is a cube then tell everyone you know and say that new satalite picture have been shown that the earth is turning into a cube due to global warming or something. That would probably convince people better.

i think ur best bet is not to argue about scientific fact and focus on current theories. say how hundres of years ago scientists thought that the earth was flat and there was something about evolution (i remember it from friends xD). but focus on how they were wrong and that our current theories may be wrong too
