How do you become a top contributor ?

I mean it`s not like if you have 300 best answers or several best answers then you become a top contributor , I want to know what it depends on , like I`ve seen many people with 20% and several best answers,but they are not the top contributor , So I wanna know how can you become a top contributor ?

pick a category then keep at least 12% best answer and at least two hundred points a week and it will come
