How does the declination change as you move north from where you live?

Answer:
Not sure your terminology is correct, but on Earth declination is called latitude. Declination is the same type of coordinate, but celestial instead of terrestrial. Anyway, above the equator both declination and latitude increase northward; below the equator they decrease northward.
