Which coffee cleaner is better? one with 90.8% sulfamic acid or one with 4.6%??
-
after a lab in chemistry, we found one cleaner to have 90.8% sulfamic acid and one to have 4.6% sulfamic acid( which is the active ingredient in the cleaner) which would be the better coffee cleaner? i wasn't sure if the better one would have the higher percent or lower, because there are possible health risks for sulfamic acid.. any help or insight welcomed,, thanks!

Answer:
Doing a comparative test would be a good experiment for the chemistry class. One could obtain samples of each, and see which is better, and perhaps get a feel for how much better. To refine the test, one could dilute some of the stronger, and evaluate various concentrations.
