How To Destroy Survey?

Best way for a quick Survey of Calculus prep?

  • I put off taking Survey of Calculus for my major now about 3 years. Survey is effectively calc with no trig (for business majors). Two weeks in I'm a bit lost, after putting it off I've come to find out I have forgotten alot of the general rules and College Algebra. My Calc book doesn't have good review, the books I have aren't helpful, and I have no College Algebra textbooks still. Are there any good sites or online tutors for me to catch myself up online, preferably free? I work the hours my prof is available at school and the hours for tutoring. I'm looking for a way to catch up away from school. Basically I need a solid referesher on logs and functions/graphing. I have to take it this semester and I don't want it to destroy my 4.0!

  • Answer:

Get "Calculus for Dummies." It is an amazing prep book.

Try some of the sites below, or check to see if your school offers help for free. And most of the school libraries will have textbooks in them (maybe not the one you used, but it should help).
