What movie starts with two boys who fill a frog with air and then light a firecracker in its butt.?

• No joke. There's a dirt path next to a wood-post fence. A lady in a white dress comes across the frog and stops to see what it is. It looks more like a ball than a frog because it was filled with air. When she bends over to see it, the frog blows up and all the guts and blood get all over her. I don't remember anything else about the movie...just that one scene.

They don't light a firecracker in the frog, they blow it up with air, put it on it's back and hide and when she comes by and looks at it use a sling shot to blow it up.-sorry to correct ya. IT IS CALLED " THE REFLECTING SKIN" Creepy as Hell and very surreal-- Viggo Mortensen is in it as the young boys older brother. They think the lady in this house is a vampire and young boys end up being found dead, they get in this old black car with these punk looking guys. Well, it is available somewhere on VHS.
