Does anyone know a camp like Camp Rock?

How many millions of people tuned in to watch Camp Rock???

  • I was just wondering out many people watched Camp Rock, compared to High School Musical. I know that about 17.2 million people tuned in to watch HSM-the most ever for Disney Channel- but does anyone know how many watched Camp Rock, or if they beat HSM views??? Thanks!

    Since when is having a life synonymous with not watching Camp Rock? It irks me when people make those kind of comments. I'm a 14 year old girl going to the best high school in New York City, #15 in the United States, and yea, I watched Camp Rock, and yea, I still have a life. And anyway, that wasn't even the question. "Camp Rock" averaged 8.9 million total viewers at 8-10 p.m. Friday, making it the network's No. 2 most-watched original movie ever behind "HSM 2," according to Fast National Ratings from Nielsen. "Rock" pulled in about half of that movie's audience (17.2 million) in its Aug. 17 premiere. i def. tuned in. the jonas brothers are such a good example and i really appreciate their vows of chastity. as much as i loved camp rock though, i have a feeling that hsm 2 beat them. im pretty sure the 17.2 million viewers was for hsm 2 not the original. maybev camp rock two will beat it though. lets hope!

ok i am a huge jonas brother fan, but i am also a big HSM fan. Even though camp rock got more viewers than hsm i dont think it was fair. i mean camp rock had so much publicity were as hsm didnt really have publicity until after it premired! also, the actors in camp rock were downright cheezy! i mean besides Kevin and the whole birdhouse deal (hehe so funny!) i thought they were all sorta lousy actors. especially demi lovato. srry if u disagree, but thats my opinion!
