Where To Watch Indie Films?

Are there other sites similar to BBC iplayer where i can watch films online?

  • I live in the UK and like watching films. I have been a member of an online dvd rental company who send me films thru the post in return for a monthly subscription. I love watching films and am thinking of cancelling this service and downloading desktop bbc iplayer so that I can download films and watch them at my leisure without all the buffering problems. Trouble is, on bbc, there are only about 5-10 films at a time, not always one i want to watch. Are there other similar iplayers and sites where films can be watched. I like nearly all types of films, arty, action, hollywood and so on...perhaps especially world cinema.. your wonderful knowledge much appreciated! Thanks
