Yes you can still go back, and obtain your GED (if you're from America).

Get a job at the school.

You may not be able to re-enroll in your previous school (whether or not that is possible depends on your district.) But you could certainly enroll in GED classes and work toward that degree.

Yes, you can. I was in the same situation as you last year. You wouldn't be able to go back to your high school, you'd have to go to a local adult school. Once you're there, you'll either work towards your diploma or your GED--it depends on how many credits you need to graduates. If you're close to getting your diploma, like I was, you'll study and get credits til you finish. Since you left when you were 17 (right), I think you'll probably be able to work towards your diploma.

Most community colleges and/or adult or community education centers offer courses that will help you study for the GED to complete your high school equivalency. Examples: http://www.pasadena.edu/cec/programs/hsdp_ged.cfm http://www.lacitycollege.edu/academic/departments/comsvcs/page05.html You may find it helpful to google your state department of education site and add ged to the search. Example: california department of education ged http://www.cde.ca.gov/ta/tg/gd/ Listing of community colleges in the U.S. http://www.utexas.edu/world/comcol/state/

Hi, Some fairly good answers. It may be possible to reconnect, since you ave only been out for (2) years, and still look young enough. Call the high school, speak to the Principal or Vice Principal. They know all the laws regarding this. If you ask a Counselor, they counsel. They will have to get back to you. The Counselor, will have to ask the Principal or VP, and the VP will ask the Principal. Save yourself the time and aggravation, ask the Principal. Or, best is to just go in and speak with the Principal. Everyone will screen your call and your visit; but, IF you are politely, nicely firm in your inquiry and since they will have to Ask the Principal anyways; why can't you ask? If they totally refuse you; then set up an appointment with the District Office of the High School. Also, you may have to gently push for answers; don't just believe what they say, get it verified and in WRITING as you may have to prove it to the powers that be. You never mentioned IF you wanted your GED (a quick, 2 hour test to see what you know). They would give you a scheduled date for the GED testing. Also, you could enroll in a Junior College, for credits + take the high school classes at the same time. Or if they won't let you do that; enroll in a Jr College and take all the high school classes to get your diploma or GED certificate, and you will be in a College to build credits for a great graduation. You should attend in the daytime, as there are better benefits for day students - if you can; And there are grants that are free or paybacks after graduation, for 6 months. The PEL Grant is a free grant. In a larger Library, if you live in the USA, is a book: Scholarships; for year around monies for your studies. May GOD Bless you in your new futures. Amen?
