How to make friends at middle school?

How do i make friends at a new middle school?

  • im goin to a new middle school this year and i dont know anyone. so how do i make friends there?

  • Answer:

Don't worry. I was in the same position when I entered middle school also, at a school across town (for french immersion). Just chat with those around you during class, smile and say hello even if you don't know them and don't be afraid to sit with strangers at lunch. Lets say you recognize them from math class, say hi and ask if you can sit there. If a conversation gets awkward, ask questions, find out if you have something in common. This is what I did and soon i had mad friends within my classes.
