How do I get my italian diploma evaluated for the US college?

Going to college eventually... should I:finish regular high school, get online diploma, homeschool and get GED?

• First off, I'm not worried about being 'able' to finish high school. I *could* very well get my diploma from the high school, academically it's very easy. I just hate the whole environment and social atmosphere and it's been making me shy and anti-social (this has started since middle school) which is more harmful than any bad grade. Anyways, I'm not really into being OCD about 'looking good for college' for all of high school, so I can get into a four year university. It's a lot more logical to go to community college for two years, and then get guaranteed acceptance to a number of universities. So I already plan on going to community college, which has open admissions. The way I see it, my options are: Continue going to the hs, be miserable, get a diploma and go on to community college. Enroll in an online school and get a diploma from there. My parents are well off, I'm sure they can afford it. I can join non school related activities and get over shyness etc. If I have time I can take a college course or two while I'm enrolled. Be homeschooled and not follow any particular 'curriculum' but instead focus on the skills and knowledge I'll need for college, and of course social skills. I can then get a GED when I'm 18, as well as taking some college courses before then. What's your thoughts on these? Don't tell me 'stay in high school what about prom' or something, I HATE high school and that won't change.

  Look it totally depends on what you feel is good for you ! If you don't feel comfortable in regular high school you should join an online school but just make sure that the school that you are joining is a legit one. The advantage of getting home schooled is that you can spend your extra time in some productive ways like getting some parallel education.
