Are there any British-based exams(GCSEs AS and A level) in Buenos Aires, Argentina?

My family are going to move to Buenos Aires, Argentina soon. I have just completed my IGCSE exam for O level. 1. Are there any international schools using GCSE exams in Buenos Aires, Argentina which I could attend to? 2. If you don't mind, could you please give me some information about living in Argentina? Safety, the people, transportation, what to do during leisure times etc? 3. If I had to attend an international school with an American-based exam, could I still make it? I am 17 years old and had just finished Year 11. I am now in Year 12. 4. If I still could, what would I be studying for an IB exam? For example: what kind of history, maths, geography etc? I know I ask a lot of questions but I am REALLY desperate. I lack time. I am supposed to make a decision whether to follow my family or stay back in my country if there is no other option but to attend a local British-based school. PLEASE help me! Thank you SO much for your co-operation.
