Which boarding school should I go to?

My family is sending me to boarding for 9th grade. I want to be a Vet so I want to go to a school with a good science program and environmental studies course. So far, I like The Stevenson School in Pebble Beach and Asheville School in North Carolina. but i will be really far away from my family. another thing, if i go to boarding in London or close to london, i can be with my cousins. One of my cousins is in Whales and the other two are around london so it would be really easy to meet them and the rest of my family. But i don't know any good schools in london, study wise i would prefer america but london seems easier as my family is already there. What do you all think? does anyone know a good boarding school with a good science and environmental studies course? i don't know where to go!? help please (tuition is not a problem)
