What kind of formula or equation would be used to represent this type of data?
-
I'm not exactly sure if it would be a recursive formula, I can't develop one. The set of data starts at 2, so it looks like 2, 7, 15, 26, 40, 57, 77, 100, 126, etc. where at each interval, the amount added increases by 3. So from 2-7 is 5 7-15 is 8 15-26 is 11 26-40 is 14 40-57 is 17 So each time it goes up, its the original number with an increase of 3. What is a formula to express these data and how would I develop it?
