Is MS in Mechanical engineering good?

I did my BE in mechanical engineering and want to skip over to software to do my MS?

i did my BE in mechanical engineering and want to skip over to software to do my MS in USA or Singapore. Can someone suggest me appropriate field in which i can pursue my MS which is basically software but related to mechanical like robotics or something
