    This seems to be an extremely HOT topic, as I've seen it quite a few times this week. I'm a middle school librarian & just finished working with my students on topic selection. The BEST site we found is: http://www.sciencebuddies.org It provides hundreds of ideas organized by topic. Each idea includes the proof, supplies list, procedures & much more. Awesome resource. Each idea is also ranked by difficulty level (HS should be looking at difficulty levels 5-8) For topics, click on the "Science Project Ideas" link. You can even take a survey to determine which topics would most interest you bu clicking on the "Topic Selection Wizard" link. Good luck!
