Is it a good decision to take grade 11 biology honors?

I live in Toronto, Canada. What courses should i take for grade 11? am currently in grade 10 now.?

I must take: grade 11 english, and functions. i already am taking 11 physics, and thinking if i should take 12 physics+ 11 biology+ 11 chemistry. should i take all those three sciences? aside from those 5 important courses i can pick any 3 courses that i want to take. options are, healthy active living (gym), fitness activies (also gym i think but coed), technological design, world history to the 16th century, and > anthropology, psychology and sociology.
