How should I ask someone for a job reference?

School reference/job?

• Hi i am off to my time table because this guy sprayed urine to my body neck arms and hands and he punched him and i am off to my timetable and he is not off to his timetable and the other story this black guy i called him black nege and he thought i called him black ***** but i did not i said that because he said i eat dogs and he also said go back to my third world country filipinos belong to jungle i am from the philippines. philippines is not bad his country nigeria. I am in the u.k and the school will send a letter to my house and my mum is goona go mad again because this is twice second i punched someone because he threw school at me and i was off to my time table. What will happen if i will try to find a job/part time job/lifetime job will the companay ask information about me from the school. Will the school say about my behaviour or the company will only want my GCSE grades. Bacause my mum said the company will ask about my behaviour.I am 15 year 11 school leavers and i applied to next super drug and post office and they did not call me is that because of my school reference.   You need to be able to communicate effectively in English to get a good job. At 15, with no experience and little education your chances ale limited. Yes, the employer will expect you to have references from your school. and no reference may indicate to the employer that yours is bad and you are not willing to show them or that the school was not willing to give you one. Go talk to the school about the problems you are having. Tell them about the taunts and name calling going on, tell them about the violent actions of others and keep at school, get a good education and a good job.
