How can I get financial aid for a poor form two boy in Kenya?

The boy is a form two student in one of the schools in Kenya. His father died a few years ago and he was left with his mother who is just a house wife and has other children to take care of. The boy seriously needs financial aid to continue with his secondary school education. Please assist.
