How do I write a statement of complaint about my school librarian?

• I have worked as a student librarian (voluntary) for about a year. A few months ago the old librarian retired and we got a new one who was supposed to be very friendly. She's the complete opposite. Everyone hates her. She kicks out students who have done nothing wrong. Writes formal notes in our planners if we do even slightly anything wrong and she shut the library for a week because she felt the students didn't treat her with respect. Our school is small and was originally built for half the amount of students we have so the library is a place where a lot of students go. Now she is picking on me for no reason whatsoever. In one week I was kicked out for walking up the stairs to get to the computers and kicked out whilst I was sat on the seats reading a book with my friend. I often catch her glaring at me and she had a go at me because I lost my badge. Today was the last straw so I called my mum after she kicked me out the library for no reason AGAIN and she spoke to my head of year. Now I need to write a statement of complaint but I am wondering how I set it out? P.S I also have witnesses and a lot of other people are complaining too.

  Make a list of the complaints that you have and document when and exactly what she did that was against student rights. Do NOT talk about anyone other than yourself. Make it specific or it sounds like griping. For instance: I was walking up the stairs to use the computer and she yelled at me ad gave me a demerit. I was not making noise nor was I where I was not supposed to be. Do not mention whether or not she likes or dislikes you, That isn't the issue. Her behavior against the rules of the school is the issue. Good luck. Hopefully the least that will happen is that someone will take her aside and read her the riot act. She is way out of line and probably should find another profession like cleaning skyscraper windows without a safety net!
